V0 and V1
This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
The nine recipes written for the standard are V1: typed operations with parameters, end conditions, timeouts, hazards and critical control points, validated and semantically checked; still not simulated and not field-verified. Every document says which it is.
Where the recipes come from
The imported recipes are the fifi.cooking collection: the family archive of Dr. Fatma Alkawokgy and four further collections (Chef Teta, Osool El Tahy, Egyptian Cooking by Samia Abdennour, and the Fatma Abu Haty channel), each credited in the document. The family archive is published under CC BY 4.0; the other collections are published as credited facts with the licence under review by the founder, and say so. Nothing is claimed about any recipe that the document does not carry.
Every recipe is a JSON document at /v1/recipes/<id>.cookwala.json, with text sidecars per language at /v1/recipes/<id>/text/<lang>.json, a paged index at /v1/index/<lang>/<page>.json and a signed-ready manifest at /v1/manifest.json. The export tool and its report are in the repository (tools/export_fifi.py, recipes/REPORT.md).
Add your own
This index isn't only fifi.cooking's: anyone can add a recipe. By pull request, by a GitHub issue if you don't use git, by the cookwala submit command, or by API. Your own recipe or someone else's, credited either way, entering as V0 (described, not machine-verified) like every recipe here until it's reviewed further.
