Original steps

  1. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water, then combine with the chocolate powder, gradually adding the remaining water while stirring constantly.
  2. Place the mixture over medium heat and whisk continuously until it reaches a boil.
  3. Add the sugar and butter, then simmer while stirring for 5 minutes until the consistency thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and use immediately to coat the profiteroles.
  5. Once the sauce has cooled over the profiteroles, place them in the refrigerator.
