Original steps

  1. Dissolve the jelly powder in boiling water, stirring well until completely dissolved; you may add a little sugar if desired, then set aside to cool.
  2. In a deep bowl or large serving dish, combine the crushed biscuits and chopped fruit, then pour in the jelly and mix well.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until set firmly.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, liquid caramel, or custard with coconut.
