Original steps

  1. Peel the bananas.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork until they are mushy.
  3. Crack the egg over the bananas.
  4. Add the sugar, oil and milk, and stir.
  5. Add the flour and baking powder.
  6. Stir gently just until the flour disappears. Do not over-mix!
  7. Put paper cases in the tin and fill each one two-thirds full.
  8. A grown-up bakes them at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  9. Let them cool for 10 minutes.
