Original steps
- Put the hibiscus in the jug. Look how red it is!
- A grown-up pours hot water over it.
- Wait 15 minutes until it turns dark red.
- The grown-up strains it through the sieve.
- Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
- Chill it in the fridge until very cold.
- Pour it over ice, with a squeeze of lemon if you like.
