Original steps

  1. After boiling the rice, drain it well, let it cool, and then process it in a food processor.
  2. Season the ground beef with the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Mix the seasoned meat with the boiled rice and knead well with the egg.
  4. Shape the mixture into fingers or rounds.
  5. Steam until the shapes firm up, then let them cool.
  6. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs, then fry in oil.
  7. You can skip the steaming step by dredging the kofta fingers or rounds in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, and letting them rest in the refrigerator for one hour until firm before frying in oil.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
