Original steps

  1. Brown the meat or chicken in a pan with oil or ghee until golden, then transfer to a baking tray.
  2. Season one large sliced onion with salt, pepper, mixed spices, cinnamon, thyme, and cloves, then add it to the meat in the tray, or use any oven-roasting seasoning.
  3. Slice the green pepper and combine it with the minced garlic and tomato juice (or 2 tbsp of tomato paste diluted with water), then add to the meat or chicken.
  4. Add an appropriate amount of water mixed with lemon juice or vinegar and crushed cardamom, bring to a boil, then drizzle oil on top.
  5. Cover the tray with foil and place in the oven until cooked; near the end of cooking, remove the cover and leave the tray until all the liquid is fully absorbed.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
