Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • ½ onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • a bunch of parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin

Steps

  1. Wash the vegetables and the parsley well.
  2. Wash the parsley.
  3. Dice the tomato, cucumber and pepper small.
  4. Chop the parsley finely.
  5. Chop the onion very fine.
  6. Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and cumin.
  7. Toss everything together gently.
  8. Chill for a few minutes if there is time.
  9. Serve within half an hour, before the tomato weeps.
