Original steps
- Grate the onion and rub it with salt, pepper, and mint.
- Whisk the eggs well, then mix them with the onion and the tablespoon of milk or cream.
- Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture, shaking the pan to ensure the omelet sets and the surface browns.
- Gently flip to the other side until the other surface browns, then serve on a plate.
- You can add olives while whisking the eggs, or diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped peppers, or thin fried potatoes for a lovely flavor; alternatively, you can add minced meat (osag) or luncheon meat slices—mix these ingredients thoroughly with the whisked eggs before pouring into the pan.
This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
