Original steps
- Prepare the fish and lightly fry it in oil (half-fry only), then remove it from the oil and set aside.
- Sauté the sliced onions in the same oil until they turn golden, then add the minced garlic and dried coriander and stir.
- Add the blended tomatoes and leave over low heat, seasoning with salt as needed, and adding a little water if necessary until the tomatoes cook down and thicken into a sauce.
- Place the lightly fried fish into the sauce, cover the pot, and leave over low heat until cooked through.
- Oven method (alternative): You can replace the pot with a baking dish, place the same ingredients inside, cover, and bake in the oven until cooked instead of cooking on the stovetop.
- Serving: Serve with tahini salad or a white seafood sauce.
