Original steps

  1. Sauté the sliced onion in butter until golden.
  2. Add the chopped tomato along with the tomato paste and flour, and mix well with the onions.
  3. Pour the broth over the mixture and cook on low heat until done.
  4. Once the mixture has cooled, blend it in a blender.
  5. Whisk a little milk with the egg yolk and salt and pepper, pour it over the blended soup, then return to the pot over low heat for 5 minutes.
