Original steps
- Cut the cauliflower and remove the thick stems.
- Place it in boiling water seasoned with salt and cumin, ensuring the florets are facing down and the stems are facing up, until partially cooked.
- Remove using a strainer to drain, then fry in oil until golden and place on paper towels to drain.
- Blend the onion, tomatoes, green pepper, and garlic with salt and pepper in a blender.
- Sauté this mixture in a pot with oil until it boils, then add the broth.
- Once boiling, prepare a Pyrex dish, mix the cauliflower with the minced meat, pour the sauce-mixed broth over it, and bake in a medium oven until cooked through.
