Original steps

  1. Wash the spinach and the bunch of dill, then chop them coarsely.
  2. Blend the tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, and vinegar in a blender.
  3. Heat oil in a pot, add the blended mixture, and let it come to a boil; then add the spinach and dill, stirring occasionally over low heat.
  4. Add small amounts of broth as needed until it reaches a near-cooked consistency.
  5. Soak 1 tablespoon of rice for a while, drain it, and add it to the spinach to cook along with it; alternatively, you can use soaked dried chickpeas.
  6. Once the spinach is fully cooked, remove from heat and stir in the garlic tadka.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
