Original steps
- Boil the potatoes, peel them, and mash them thoroughly.
- Prepare a pan, melt the ghee or butter in it, then add the mashed potatoes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool, then season with salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.
- Place a little oil in a small dish to lightly grease your hands so the potato dough does not stick.
- Shape into small balls and make a well in the center to fill with the minced meat.
- Dip the balls in the egg, then the breadcrumbs, and fry in generous oil.
