Original steps

  1. Rub the ghee with the oil until well combined, then mix in the flour, and crack the eggs over the mixture and rub them together thoroughly.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice into a little water and pour it over the mixture until a soft dough forms, adding more water as needed, then cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease a baking tray with ghee or oil.
  4. Roll out the dough on a dry surface dusted with flour, then stuff it with an appropriate amount of cheese mixed with butter.
  5. Cut the dough into shapes using a cup, folding the edges to seal the filling inside.
  6. Arrange them in the tray, brush the tops with egg, and bake in a medium oven until the tops are golden brown.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
