Original steps

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and a little sugar, and let it sit to proof for 15 minutes.
  2. Rub the flour with the oil, then add the yogurt and mix well; add the yeast and knead thoroughly until soft, adding water as needed.
  3. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for about one hour.
  4. Grease a tray with oil and lightly dust it with flour to prevent sticking, then place the dough in the tray and spread it out.
  5. Sauté one finely minced small onion in ghee or oil, then add 2 minced garlic cloves.
  6. Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces and mix with the onion, then add the tomato sauce and stir well.
  7. Pour the mixture over the pizza and garnish with pieces of sausage, olives, and onion slices.
