Original steps

  1. Add the baking powder to the flour, rub well with the ghee, and add the water as needed.
  2. Cover the mixture and let it rest for about fifteen minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into small lemon-sized balls, then flatten them on a board or tray until they are very thin, about the size of a tea saucer.
  4. Heat plenty of oil in a wide pan and fry the pieces one by one, then place them on a rectangular plate.
  5. Sprinkle the pieces with powdered sugar, white honey, or black honey.
