Original steps

  1. Lightly grease the baking tray and layer all the goulash sheets inside without cutting them.
  2. Heat the half cup of oil or ghee thoroughly, pour it over the goulash, and place in a medium-heat oven.
  3. As it nears completion, pour the large cup of cold milk mixed with cream over the pastry.
  4. Return it to the oven until the liquid is absorbed and the top is golden, then cover immediately after removing from the oven.
  5. Serve this pie hot with black honey for dipping.
