Original steps
- Prepare a bowl and add the flour and salt.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk and vanilla, then pour the mixture over the flour and stir well with a wooden spoon until a smooth, liquid batter forms.
- Prepare a Teflon pan and add a little oil.
- Fill a small cup or a large spoon with the batter and carefully pour it into the hot pan, spreading it to form a thin disc.
- Shake the pan and flip the crepe like a cannoli or omelet to cook the other side until it sets and turns golden.
- Remove from the pan and place on a plate, repeating the process until all the batter is used to create thin crepes.
- Fill each crepe with an amount of jam, then roll them up like a roll and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar on all sides and sprinkle with crushed nuts, raisins, and coconut.
- You can also add a little whipped cream on top of the powdered sugar.
This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
