Original steps

  1. Whisk the eggs and yolks together well in a bowl.
  2. Boil the milk and add the grated chocolate, stirring until completely melted.
  3. Add the sugar to the mixture.
  4. Pour the warm mixture over the whisked eggs in the bowl and mix well with a whisk.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and run the machine until it is well chilled in the freezer.
  6. Whisk the chantilly cream thoroughly with an electric mixer, then add it to the mixture in the machine and run until frozen.
  7. A mold can be used as an alternative to an ice cream machine.
