Original steps

  1. Melt the ghee over heat, then add the milk and sugar.
  2. Return to heat and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, then set aside to cool.
  3. Add the shredded coconut, followed by the flour mixed with baking powder, and stir well until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the mixture into a well-greased tray and cut into diamond shapes.
  5. Bake in a medium-heat oven until cooked through and the top is golden brown.
