Original steps
- Mix the flours (corn + wheat) with the baking powder thoroughly.
- Beat the eggs with a whisk, then add the sugar and whisk well.
- Add the oil and mix well, then add the yogurt, then the tangerine zest, and finally add the flour gradually.
- To adjust the consistency, add more flour if the batter is too thin, or a little milk if it is too thick.
- Grease a baking tray with ghee and dust it with flour, then pour the batter into it and shake the tray to level it.
- Bake in the oven at a low temperature until the top turns golden brown.
