Original steps
- Mix the ghee with the flour thoroughly, then whisk the eggs and knead them into the flour, adding a little water until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin and cut it into strips approximately 2 cm wide.
- Roll each strip into a circle and deep-fry in hot oil.
- Place in cold simple syrup, drain, and sprinkle with coconut.
