Original steps
- Dissolve the sugar in the water by blending in a mixer.
- Melt the ghee in a pot, add the flour, and stir until it turns a deep golden color.
- Remove from heat and pour in the cold sugar solution, stirring well.
- Return to the stove and stir gently over low heat until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pot.
- Spread into a tray, sprinkle with coconut and nuts, and cut into squares.
