Original steps
- Whisk the eggs with only three-quarters of the sugar until the mixture thickens, then add the vanilla.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, then alternately add the milk and the whisked egg mixture, mixing well.
- Add the coconut and mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients until the dough becomes firm.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lightly coating it with sugar and a little coconut, then brush the top of the biscuits with the remaining milk, cut into shapes, and bake in a medium-heat oven.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
