Original steps
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites, then beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture thickens, adding the vanilla.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the flour and cornstarch together, then gradually add them to the egg whites.
- Add the mixture to the egg yolk and sugar mixture all at once, folding gently.
- Grease rectangular molds thoroughly with melted ghee and dust them with flour.
- Pour the batter into the molds and shape into finger-like strips.
- Bake in a medium-heat oven.
