Original steps
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the butter, and rub with your fingertips until the butter is completely incorporated into the flour.
- Add the cinnamon and sugar and mix well with the beaten eggs, then combine all ingredients until a medium-soft dough forms, adding a little milk if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into round circles: one solid piece and another with a small hole in the middle, until the dough is used up.
- Bake in a medium-heat oven, then leave to cool once removed.
- Sandwich the solid biscuit with the one containing the hole using jam as glue.
- Dust the surface with powdered sugar and garnish the center with crushed nuts.
