Original steps
- Cream the ghee or butter with the sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Add the whisked eggs with vanilla and the dates to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture until a somewhat firm dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a tray to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into circles.
- Brush the surface of the biscuits with a little egg wash and sprinkle with the minced peanuts mixed with a little sugar.
- Place in a hot oven for 10 minutes, then leave to cool once cooked.
