Original steps
- Cream the butter, sugar, egg, coconut, and vanilla in a mixer, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape the dough into small spheres, roughly the size of a large lemon.
- Grease a baking tray with oil and place the spheres on it, leaving plenty of space between them.
- Bake in a medium-heat oven until golden and cooked through.
- Immediately after removing from the oven, drizzle each piece with simple syrup using a spoon.
- You can also drizzle each piece with melted chocolate and top with crushed hazelnuts.
