Original steps
- Beat the ghee well, then add the sugar and whisk until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Add the eggs one by one, beating well until the mixture is homogeneous, then add the vanilla.
- Add the coconut and stir into the mixture, then add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Lightly grease a baking pan with ghee, pour in the batter, and place in a medium-heat oven.
- Immediately after removing the cake from the oven, soak it with the cold syrup, then slice.
