Original steps

  1. Combine the baking powder and a pinch of salt with the flour.
  2. Beat the eggs, then gradually add the sugar, followed by a gradual addition of the oil.
  3. Gradually pour in the flour mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon, and finally add the carrots, mixing well by hand.
  4. Grease the baking pan, pour in the mixture, spread it evenly, and shake the pan before placing it in the oven.
  5. Once removed from the oven, do not cover the pan until it has cooled completely.
