Original steps

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer for 5 minutes on high speed.
  2. Add the sugar to the eggs, then add the yogurt and beat on low speed.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually pour it into the mixture while beating on low speed.
  4. After the flour is well incorporated into the batter, beat on high speed for one minute.
  5. Grease the baking pan thoroughly with ghee and flour.
  6. Place in the oven at medium temperature until cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Immediately after removing from the oven, prick the entire cake with a fork, especially the center.
  8. Pour half of the syrup using a ladle so it does not leak to the sides; after 5 minutes, pour the second half of the syrup.
  9. Leave to cool without a cover, then flip onto a serving plate.
  10. Garnish by brushing the surface with jam then topping with whipped cream and strawberries, or sprinkle with coconut, or top with sliced fruit without whipped cream.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
