Original steps

  1. Rinse the chickpeas in the sieve under the tap.
  2. Squeeze the lemon on the lemon squeezer.
  3. Put the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and salt in the blender.
  4. Add the garlic and cold water.
  5. A grown-up blends it until very smooth.
  6. Spread it on a plate and make a swirl with the spoon.
  7. Finish with olive oil and paprika.
