Original steps

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with the minced onion, salt, pepper, spices, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, lemon juice, and oil.
  2. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. Slice the green peppers and cut the onion into quarters, then thread the chicken pieces alternately with the vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill the chicken over charcoal, and just before finishing, thread the tomatoes onto skewers to cook quickly.
