Original steps

  1. Sauté the small minced onion in oil or ghee, then add the flour and cook until just golden, then remove from heat.
  2. Off the heat, add the cup of milk along with the salt and pepper.
  3. Return to medium heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
  4. Season the cooked minced chicken with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then mix it with the white sauce (bechamel).
  5. Remove the pan from the heat, add one egg, and stir well.
  6. Let the mixture cool completely, divide it into 6 pieces, and shape them into cutlet shapes.
  7. Dip the pieces in a little flour, then coat with egg and breadcrumbs, and fry in oil.
