Original steps

  1. Sauté the onion in oil, then add the pepper and garlic until they turn golden.
  2. Mix the ground beef with the eggs and flour, kneading well, and season with spices.
  3. Add the sautéed onion mixture to the ground beef and knead thoroughly.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls, flatten them into circles, and dredge in flour.
  5. Fry in very hot oil for only a few seconds, then flip to the other side just until they firm up.
  6. After light frying, cover the patties with layers of foil and stack them in the freezer until frozen; when ready to use, lightly grease a tray with oil, arrange the patties, and place in the oven until heated through.
  7. Alternatively, grease a tray with oil, line the bottom with sliced peppers, arrange the patties on top, and bake in the oven until cooked through.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
