Original steps

  1. Pulse the ground beef, onion, parsley, and dill in a food processor, then add the crushed rice and spices; blend until the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and fry them in oil.
  3. Place the kofta in the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
