Original steps

  1. Grease a baking dish with oil, cut the boiled chicken into quarters, and place it in the dish.
  2. Slice the onion and sauté in oil in a pan until golden.
  3. Slice the pepper and add it to the onions along with the minced garlic; sauté well, then add the vinegar and spices.
  4. Add one cup of broth or water to the mixture; once boiling, pour it over the chicken and place in a medium oven until the liquid is absorbed and the top is browned.
