Original steps
- Mix the meat with the minced onion, lemon juice, and spices, then leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Knead the mixture with the egg and breadcrumbs until the desired consistency is reached.
- Shape the kofta into medium-sized fingers, piercing them with a skewer to create a hole.
- Grease the tray with ghee and arrange the kofta fingers inside, then add 2 tablespoons of ghee on top; cover and bake in a medium-heat oven.
- Once cooked, char a piece of charcoal thoroughly on the stove, place it in the middle of the tray on a little ghee, cover immediately, and shake the tray until the charcoal aroma spreads throughout.
