Original steps
- Soak the rice for about one hour.
- Prepare a Pyrex dish, lightly grease it with a spoonful of ghee, then add the rice.
- Pour the hot milk, seasoned with salt and pepper, over the rice and cover.
- Place in a medium-heat oven until it is nearly cooked.
- Melt a spoonful of ghee and pour it over the surface of the rice after removing the cover, then leave until fully cooked.
