Original steps

  1. Cut the meat into cubes or the chicken into quarters, and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare a Pyrex dish and lightly grease it with ghee.
  3. Layer half of the soaked rice in the dish, followed by the cut meat or chicken, then the remaining rice.
  4. Cook following the same steps as the previous Roz Meammar recipe (seasoned hot milk, oven, then ghee on top).
