  1. Cook the white rice using the fluffy rice method.
  2. Prepare a Pyrex dish and place the cooked rice in it, mixing it thoroughly with the minced meat mixture, then pour the béchamel sauce over it.
  3. Place in a medium-heat oven until the top is golden brown.
