Original steps

  1. Boil a sufficient amount of water with added salt and vinegar, add the pasta, and leave the pot uncovered until cooked, then drain.
  2. Boil the chicken with onion and spices, remove it from the broth, and cut into very small pieces, then toss in the flour mixed with minced garlic.
  3. Sauté a minced onion in oil, then add the chopped chicken, minced garlic, finely chopped pepper, and vinegar, and stir well.
  4. Add a little broth or water mixed with a little milk and mustard.
  5. Add the pasta and mix well, then prepare a greased Pyrex dish, pour in the mixed pasta, and cover.
  6. Place in the oven at a low temperature for a short time until the liquid is absorbed.
