Original steps

  1. Boil a sufficient amount of water with added salt and vinegar, add the pasta, and leave the pot uncovered until cooked, then drain.
  2. Slice the boiled chicken into strips, thinly slice the small cabbage leaves and bell pepper, and finely mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the chicken pieces until browned, then add the vinegar and 1 tsp of soy sauce as desired.
  4. Add the cabbage leaves to the mixture, followed by the spices and vinegar, then add a little more soy sauce mixed with a bit of water to thin it out.
  5. Stir the cabbage in the mixture until softened, then add the bell pepper.
  6. Add the boiled pasta to the mixture along with a little more soy sauce and lemon, adding water and oil as needed.
  7. Citric acid and pepper can be added to taste.
