Original steps

  1. Prepare the Kaiser rolls by cutting them from the top and removing the bread crumb from the center.
  2. Finely chop the boiled chicken or beef (pastirma can also be used).
  3. Add the shredded cheese and the egg to the meat, season with all the spices, and mix well.
  4. Prepare the rolls and stuff them using a spoon through the top opening.
  5. Arrange them in a greased tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. After removing from the oven, seal the top opening with an olive.
