Original steps

  1. Mix the yogurt with the cooked minced meat and stir well, then add the finely chopped green pepper, garlic, minced parsley, and mustard to the mixture.
  2. Place the mixture in an ungreased tray, top with tomato slices and plenty of lemon juice, and turn on the broiler until the meat is fully absorbed.
  3. Prepare the kaizer rolls to be stuffed with the mixture.
