Original steps

  1. Sauté the garlic in oil or ghee until golden, then add the tomatoes.
  2. Once the tomatoes are cooked, pour in the fava beans and season with salt and cumin over low heat until boiling.
  3. Whisk the eggs well and season with salt.
  4. Prepare a Pyrex dish sized to the amount of beans and eggs, pour in the bean mixture, and pour the eggs over it.
  5. Place in a medium-heat oven until the top is golden brown.
