Original steps

  1. Sauté the onion in oil or ghee until golden, then add the minced garlic and coriander.
  2. Add the cup of tomatoes to the onion over low heat until the tomatoes are cooked through.
  3. Add the fava beans and stir for about 10 minutes, adding water if necessary.
  4. Add the chopped parsley, stir with the beans, and remove from heat.
  5. Add the minced meat mixture (asaag) to the beans according to taste.
