Original steps
- Initial preparation: Wash the shrimp several times to completely remove any sand. Slice the onions into rings and layer them alternately with the shrimp, celery, mastic, cardamom, and a pinch of salt in a pot (you may add a little water if the pot is large).
- Cover the pot and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cooked through. Remove from heat and shake well to prevent sticking, then pat the shrimp dry and peel them.
- Curry sauce: Sauté the sliced onions in oil until golden, then add the curry powder and stir briefly. Add the water and stir until boiling, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the peeled shrimp to the curry sauce just until heated through.
- Serving: Ladle into a serving dish alongside white rice, and garnish with lemon and parsley.
This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
