Original steps
- Cut the green beans in half lengthwise, then chop them into small pieces and wash.
- Blend the onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and garlic with the salt and pepper in a blender.
- Heat the oil in a cooking pot until warm, then pour in the blended mixture and bring to a boil over low heat.
- Add the green beans to the mixture and sauté until they begin to wilt.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cover the pot, adding more broth whenever needed until the beans are cooked through.
